British Columbia based NorthAm Beverages was looking to launch two of their regional powerhouse brands, Hey Y’all Iced Tea and Sneaky Weasel beer, in the Ontario market. Working primarily through the Beer Store at the time, the strategy was focused on product seeding, structured sampling, sponsorships and event partnerships.
The game plan included hiring a lifestyle marketing rep for the region, attending campuses, sponsoring local artists, brands and events. The results contributed to over $2,000,000 in year 1 and $4,000,000 in year 2.
